To train Artisans in Technical and Vocational skills through the provision of skills training to as many individuals as possible, locally and internationally. ATI is also aimed at contributing to social alleviation and encouragement but mainly it emphasis is to create entrepreneurs. The Institute equips students with the essential skills in a workshop environment which means that the students will be competent to start work immediately after completing the courses.
