The ICT Department drives the organization’s digital transformation by securing, managing, and maintaining high-performing technology infrastructure and software workflows.
2. Roles & Structure
Director of ICT: Leads overall technology strategy, governance, budgeting, and alignment with corporate goals.
Manager, Business Applications: Manages core software lifecycles (ERP, databases, apps) and systems optimization.
Manager, Helpdesk: Manages end-user tech support, device fulfillment, identity access, and service SLAs.
Manager, Networks & Infrastructure: Manages servers (cloud/on-prem), connectivity (LAN/WAN), security firewalls, and disaster recovery.
